Joinery installation photos
Based in High Wycombe, Kirkman Joinery are experienced joinery installers, having completed a huge range of projects across Buckinghamshire and the surrounding areas. When we were contacted by the owners of this property in High Wycombe, we therefore stood out as the obvious choice to provide them with a complete timber window and door replacement solution. The owners of this property wished to have timber windows installed with stained glass windows, and with our experience working with both timber and glass, we were able to provide them with exactly what they wanted.

Products & services: A property-wide window and door replacement including custom stained glass work

Project Overview
The owners of this High Wycombe property wanted to install timber windows which were traditional, truly bespoke and also energy efficient. From the initial concept through to the project’s completion, we collaborated with the owners to make sure that they were happy with both the design and performance of our installations, ensuring that by the project’s completion they were absolutely satisfied.
We replaced the windows throughout the entire property, and across the front of the house we were able to include beautiful stained glass fan-light detailing to give the property a truly personalised aesthetic. Kirkman were also able to fit the house with high performance casements to greatly improve the thermal performance of the property compared with the property’s previous windows.
Alongside the replacement windows, we also fitted the property with replacement French doors which perfectly complemented both the newly installed windows and the property’s aesthetic as a whole. The doors were made from laminated softwood to provide an attractive and reliable door material, and to finish them we applied a coating of Dulux white satin paint. This finishing process not only gave the doors an attractive finish which enhanced the property as a whole, but provided them with a protective coating which ensures that they can withstand harsh weather conditions.
